We provide Timely, Accurate and Guaranteed (TAG) residential appraisal management services to lenders, mortgage brokers, credit unions, short-term real estate investors, homeowners, home buyers, Realtors, CPAs and Attorneys. We are trained and currently implementing the recently instituted Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 mandatory changes. We are prepared to accurately provide reports in adherence to the newly established policies and protocols effective November 2, 2026.

Once we assess your needs; our expert team will move forward, utilizing our extensive network of experienced General, Certified and Licensed Appraisers to deliver timely and accurate reports to banks, brokerages and mortgage firms quickly and efficiently.

Our Offerings

At The Appraisal Group, we offer a comprehensive range of services that include Conventional financing, FHA financing and other financial loan servicing to meet your real estate needs. Reports offered include a visual inspection of the property's exterior and/or interior, reporting on the current physical, functional and external conditions of residential, small commercial income properties and commercial buildings. We perform Damage Assessment Reports which include in-person inspections of properties with special emphasis on damage to property and structures after unforeseen events including, but not limited to; hurricanes, storms, forest fires and other events. We are integrated with all major delivery systems and can deliver required Uniform Collateral Data Portal forms.
